  1. All deliveries will be left in an easily accessible and outside location of your choice, which you will need to advise us of upon ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for the safety of items once they have been delivered to you and left in that location.
  2. All deliveries are subject to a minimum order value, which  is subject to change.
  3. The current delivery price is subject to change.
  4. All offers are subject to change and withdrawal without notice.
  5. Food Orders:
    1. You will need to provide a dry location / bag or box as all food is delivered in paper.
    2. All food is packaged by Lentils & Lather Limited t/a Lentils & Lather at their shop at 50 Burton Road, Manchester, M20 3EB and delivered by Cheshire Refills Limited t/a The Refill Round
    3. You should decant products into a suitable airtight container as soon as possible after receipt.
    4. If an item is out of stock you will be offered a later delivery date or issued with a voucher for use in a subsequent order.
    5. All food orders need to be placed by end of Tuesday to be included in that week’s deliveries.
  6. You will need to pay a one- off bottle deposit of £5 upon your first order of liquid products to cover the cost of the glass bottles and caps supplied. We will be unable to deliver your order until that is paid. If you decide not to order from us again this will be refunded subject to collection (by us) of a complete set of empty and unbroken bottles and their caps. If you have not ordered for a period of 10 – 12 weeks, we may contact you via the e-mail address provided by you to find out if you wish a refund. We will follow that e-mail up on one occasion. If we do not hear from you with 14 days of that second e-mail then the deposit will be deemed as forfeit and no longer refundable.  We will pay the refund via bank transfer to an account of your choice with 5 days of picking up the bottles and also receipt of your bank details. In addition, if you have not ordered again and / or returned all outstanding bottles within a 6 month period from the date of your last order we reserve the right to forfeit the deposit.
  7. All bottles and caps remain the possessions of Cheshire Refills Limited t/a The Refill Round (and not the customer).
  8. The refillable glass bottles we supply the liquid products in are breakable. They are provided to allow you to decant into suitable containers and we recommend that you do so. If you choose not to decant we cannot be held responsible for any mishandling, breakages or accidents caused as a result.
  9. Full product information is available on the “SHOP” under each product on the website and the ingredients are listed on each bottle. Please review this information before using any of the products.
  10. All products should be stored out of the reach of children.
  11. Purchase of the refillable bottles on their own is not permitted.
  12. Whilst we have reviewed the information provided about each supplier before including it on our website we cannot confirm the accuracy of it.
  13. All products are provided subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel any order that it is not economically viable for us to fulfil.
  14. Refunds: we hope you love the products, but if there’s a problem please let us know within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at info@refillround.co.uk so that we can call you discuss next steps and agree a return.  A full refund can only be issued if the products you have received are faulty and once they have been collected by us (in their original packaging, unopened and intact if relevant).  Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.  Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
